For cancellations by the client, refunds may be partial or unavailable, depending on the project stage and materials ordered. Millswork reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion, and clients will be notified and refunded based on contract terms.

5. Warranty and Disclaimer

Millswork guarantees the quality of materials and craftsmanship for a specified period outlined in the service agreement. Any issues due to improper use, external damage, or environmental factors beyond Millswork’s control are not covered under the warranty. Repairs outside of warranty terms may incur additional charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate specifications, including measurements and layout requirements. Clients must also ensure that installation areas are prepared as agreed upon. Millswork will not be responsible for delays or issues arising from inaccurate information or unprepared environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

Millswork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, blueprints, and materials provided during the project are the intellectual property of Millswork. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final product in their residence only. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution of any part of the design without permission is prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy
